What happens when you stop?

If the answer is "no new business comes in" - you're in trouble.

Because here's the reality: if your business only generates leads when you're actively grinding, you're fucked.

Any time off means the business goes backwards. Any illness means your team have to over-stretch to pick up your slack.

Most business owners have no sales & marketing leverage, and therefore, are completely dependent on their own daily effort to generate new business.

Networking. Posting on social media. Outreach. Coffee meetings.

And the second they stop the pipeline goes dry.

This is no way to grow nor scale.

The businesses that have their act together have sales & marketing systems running 24/7.

While they sleep. While they're with family. While they're actually living their lives.

And the current winning sales & marketing system is a VSL fuelled by Meta ads (if you want to know more 'bout VSLs, read my previous emails).

It's a relentless machine that runs independently of your personal effort. It targets your ideal customers. It delivers your message. It generates qualified leads. Day and night. Weekends and holidays.

The only challenge is setting it up is a right dog. If I listed everything you would have to do in order to get it setup this email would rival the Lord of The Rings Trilogy Books.

Most owners who embark on the lengthy to-do list in the quest of setting this up fail miserably.

They don't have the time or expertise to master proper sales & marketing systems, let alone build them.
