Reader, If you held a gun to my head, and told me to quadruple your business in 2026... Here's the exact sales and marketing playbook I'd run: 1) Run online ads to a VSL that collects their name, email, phone, and business revenue.
1.1) Add them to your fourteen day email propaganda sequence, then into your daily email sequence.
2) On the VSL, offer them a call to fix three specific problems.
3) If they don't take you up on the offer, call them. Text them. Email them offering the call.
3.1) Follow-up until they buy, die, or unsubscribe.
4) If they do take you up on the call, email them propaganda before the meeting.
4.1) On the call, If they are below a certain revenue, sell them a short entry offer that addresses the problems.
4.2) If they are above a certain revenue, book them for a second sales call.
5) On the second call, sell them the full monty.
5.1) If they don't buy, down sell them to the entry offer, and book a call to upsell them in a month's time.
5.2) If they don't buy anything, set up another call for a month's time.
6) Repeat this cycle for each prospect from step 3 until they buy die, or tell you to do one.
If you run a good business, with good margins, and a good offer - if I plugged this system into your business you'd easily double as a worst case scenario (bar death, lobotomy, or maiming). But you don't necessarily need me. And even if you did, I'm contractually obliged to NOT sell you anything. I write these emails for the love of the game. Plus, can't shoot me via email. Here's how you can do this yourself: First. You're gonna need to create a VSL. You can do this with keynote, brushing up on your copywriting, or hiring a copywriter.
Then you need to create the funnel. Clickfunnels makes this piss easy as it can handle the pages, forms, and emails. Or, you can get your copywriter to do the words, and some tech geek to do the pages, emails, etc.
(Alternatively, use Clickfunnels for the pages, but Kit for the emails - it's easier to use, and just flat out for better emails IMO)
Finally, you need to get yourself an outbound script. One that covers texting, emailing, and *shudder*, cold calling.
Once you've got the script, you need some balls and a dialler.
For the balls, I'd recommend stoicism.
For the dialler I can't recommend Close enough (it has a free trial).
If you can't find the balls you'll have to outsource this too. Or hire an SDR. Both being a painful, but worthwhile affair for the most part.
Lastly - you need traffic. You can use direct mail as the traffic source - but you have to be prepared for the steep pitfalls that come with the outsized returns potential.
But for most, right now I'd recommend Meta ads. Lower risk, and more user friendly than ever before. You can learn yourself on YouTube or you can get some chump on fiver to get your account in order and manage it yourself.
If you have the budget, you could hire an agency, but most suck. Like really suck. And the ones that don't suck charge a fair but sizeable ransom.
Then once you've run the system, closed some clients, you can have Skool manage the billing, the service delivery, and the relationship.
I want to see you win. And the above is an easy, proven path to winning. Stick with it. Put your Blinkers on. And profit. Stay rich, —CWB P.S. Many of you are curious about what I'm doing with my life now. Technically. I have a job, but in the loosest sense of the word. It's a sweet gig - one I outlined in the last Q&A. But if you want to know exactly what the company does, Christian is holding a webinar tomorrow. (Which will replace our current VSL in the above system) You can sign up here, watch Christian, and get an understanding of what I'm working on. Sayonara. |
